Phil Darwen Design offers design and documentation of high-end luxury lifestyle residences.  With a continually evolving and fresh design style, Phil Darwen Design have designed projects at various stunning locations along the East coast.

Autodesk Revit Architecture is the primary design and documentation software used for all stages of design.  Once a client brief has been received and a budget established, a few preliminary sketches are laid down to formalise the concept.

Following this the concept design is transferred into Revit where it is modelled in 3D with the site contours.  The concept is then landscaped and rendered in the computer to create a series of chosen views that show how the project will appear once completed.

The concept design is then developed using the same program into documentation required for Council approval and construction.

Also part of the design process is the detailing of all joinery within the project that includes (but not limited to) kitchen benches, vanities, entertainment units, water features, stair balustrades, feature doors, fences & screens, wardrobe fitouts and construction details.

The documentation can also include a concept landscape design that can be used by third party landscape contractors as a basis for the final planting scheme.

Additional services offered by phil darwen design include furniture detailing for items such as dining & coffee tables, beds & bedheads, light fittings and other miscellaneous items that can add a sense of continuity to a design.  These items are specifically designed to suit the individual design of the home and the lifestyle of the client.
